About FLIX
Fifteen years of making sure people understand what they are told.
1395 Brickell Avenue, Suite 806, Miami, FL 33131
Where we work
Public programs from Hawaiʻi to Virginia.
How we got here
From production partner to contract holder.
2011
Started as a production partner
FLIX began working behind other language companies, absorbing overflow and the pairs nobody else could staff. That discipline, delivering under someone else's name and standard, still shapes how we work.
Public sector
Contracts of our own
Cities, counties, state agencies and school districts started buying from us directly: vital documents, hearings, procedural safeguards in more than fifteen languages per order.
Platform
Our own production platform
The group built Fily to manage translation memory, terminology and quality checks across every order, so a notice issued this year reads like the one issued last year.
Today
One accountable team
Public programs, language companies and a platform, run by the same people, with Human QA and back translation on every job.
Leadership
The people who answer for your account.
Gabriela Arriaran, CT
Co-Founder · Government & Institutional Business Development
ATA-certified translator and the single point of contact on our public-sector accounts.
Jorge Alonso
Co-Founder · CEO
Executive sponsor on every contract, responsible for operations and the production platform.
Manuel Gutierrez Lacayo
General Manager, North America
Client relationships and contract performance.
Sofia Culotta
Account Manager, Government Contracts
Ordering, invoicing and usage reporting under each contract.
Cecilia Loyola
Project Manager, Translation Operations
Scheduling, production and delivery of multi-language orders.
How we operate
Four rules we do not bend.
One person answers
Every account has a named point of contact who knows the program, the glossary and the contract.
Checked, then documented
Human QA and back translation on every order, and a QA report that shows it.
The paperwork is part of the job
Vendor packets, usage reports and invoices that match the worksheet, on time.
Your client, your data
Language companies keep their clients; every client keeps its files, memories and glossaries.
