When these terms apply
These terms apply to orders placed outside a signed contract. When you order under a public contract, cooperative agreement or purchase order, that document governs and prevails over anything here.
Quotes and orders
Rates apply per source word, per minute, per page or per hour as stated in the quote. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge files, scope and deadline in writing.
Quality and corrections
Every delivery includes Human QA and back translation, documented in a QA report. Corrections attributable to us are made at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
Confidentiality
All material is handled under confidentiality obligations. Translation memories and glossaries created for a client remain the client's property and are returned or deleted on request. For language companies, deliverables carry no FLIX branding and we never contact end clients.
Payment
Invoices with itemized backup, due Net 30 on approved credit; otherwise payment before delivery.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount invoiced for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Flix Translations Group LLC, 1395 Brickell Avenue, Suite 806, Miami, FL 33131.
