What we collect
Contact details you submit through this site (name, email, organization, message) and the files, translation memories and glossaries clients send us to deliver the work they order. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To answer your request, deliver the work you order, invoice it, report usage when a contract requires it, and keep the quality records (QA reports, back-translation reports) that come with each delivery.
Client material
Files are processed on infrastructure operated by the Flix Translations Group and are never used to train external models. Retention is set by your contract or purchase order; by default files are kept 90 days after delivery, and deletion on request is completed within 10 business days and confirmed in writing.
Sharing
Everyone assigned to a job works under a confidentiality agreement and sees only the material needed for their task. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers we rely on (hosting, email) are bound by data-processing terms.
Public records
When you are a public agency, your own records-retention and public-records rules prevail over this policy, and we follow the terms of your contract.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you or your organization, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to the email below. We answer within 30 days.
